Voir tous les avisI LOVE this class! I've gone to vinyasa/yin a couple times with Taye and every time I go, I leave feeling renewed and so much better. The studio is heated which really allows to go even deeper into the yin poses. Whatever soreness or aches and pains I had gets removed by the time I leave class. Taye does a great job verbalizing throughout the class and is attentive to any student needs. I so appreciate her positive energy!

I appreciated all of her modification tips for easier or more challenging efforts. Her chill vibe and joyful smile made it worth coming on a rainy day! Decent playlist as well. I will be back for 5 tracks next time!

Voir tous les avisFantastic small studio. No mirrors, which I kind of liked! The studio is along the road but the passing cars kind of gives a white noise effect that I didn’t mind at all. My instructor was wonderful, gave lots of great cues and still ran the class even though it was only me. I appreciated her so much!
