Voir tous les avisGreat class & studio. Definitely the nicest f45 studio I’ve been to in london. They have decent showers and provide both shower and sweat towels 🙌 very friendly atmosphere and great energy / instruction. The instructors were a great balance of pushing you, correcting form and not too over bearing. The studio floor itself is very spacious. The only thing I didn’t love was that they grouped the class into half the floor at one time. The class was half full but we still had each station at full capacity, despite rest of the gym floor being empty. I think they do this to help keep an eye on people & build camaraderie, but personally I prefer to have more space / not be on top of people. Possibly just a personal preference though!
