Hot Mat Pilates 45 - Community Class
Voir tous les avisThe class provided just the right amount of challenge. The instructor was amazing. She made sure to show us the correct moves and gave us feedback throughout. The space was very welcoming a little tight, but we made it work.

Voir tous les avisMore challenging class than other hot pilates in the area which I appreciated, though still accessible to all fitness levels. The instructor was friendly and welcoming while still motivating. Showers on site, which not every studio has. I would attend another class here.

Voir tous les avisSuch a welcoming class! Everyone there knew each other by name and were very supportive. It was different than other yoga classes I’ve done and I really enjoyed it. Kate was great and specifically gave me different options throughout the class knowing my knee may need additional support.

SO(U)L Line Dance with Larae
Voir tous les avisThis was a fun impromptu class! I think anyone was able to attend. There was no sign up or registration required and some people were greeted and ushered to come in and join in.that were passerbys . That’s kinda how I I was encouraged to come in. I was frustrated initially because there wasn’t a name of the facility listed on ClassPass app and google maps kept directing me to dance fix on Gilbert Ave and another dance class on McMillian street despite the address listed for the so(ul)line dance. Needless to say no one was put out by this! The instructor (Larare), did not realize that her class was already on the ClassPass app, because she hadn’t confirmed yet due to upcoming renovations they intend to do there. I think donations were encouraged though. Her and the owner have some thought out renovation plans before they start charging and scheduling specific classes, but they did say next Sunday at same time and location for line dancing again! It was a fun workout also!!!
