It was my first time taking a Barbell class, so I was a little nervous, but everyone was so welcoming and supportive from the moment I walked in. The instructor created a friendly atmosphere and explained everything clearly, and the other participants were kind and encouraging as well. Thanks to them, I felt comfortable and was able to fully enjoy the class. I highly recommend this class to anyone, especially if it's your first time trying Barbell!

Although it was my first class here, it definitely won't be my last! (Also there is parking in the back of the building, and you have to go in the side door not the front door). Be sure to wear comfortable clothing. I wore tight yoga pants and a tight tank top and wish I would've worn looser clothes to be more comfortable.
