Voir tous les avisI loved this class! Grace was so kind and welcoming and gave great specific support and adjustments. The studio is easy to get to and there was plenty of parking directly around the building. As for the class itself, it is definitely challenging but very accessible for most people. I went into the class already super sore from a workout the day prior AND I’m an absolute beginner at barre, and I still feel like I was able to keep up! Modifications were extremely helpful and they were offered without judgment.

Voir tous les avisI actually really liked this class as a Pilates instructor myself. Only four reformers so it feels more personal, a good variety of strength and classical Pilates. I’ll def be back!

Voir tous les avisIncycle is always a good idea! It was my first class with this instructor but she was awesome! I loved the variety in strength vs speed and her arm section was super unique which I loved! Highly recommend her and the studio!
