Her instructions were easy to follow. She also gave a good massage which I appreciated. We were only 2 students in the class so she was able to stretch our bodies and correct our forms more. The girls in class were super friendly too, so it never felt intimidating or pressured at all. As someone with absolutely zero dance background, it was surprisingly rewarding to get through it and actually enjoy myself 💃😭 Only warning: the post-class DOMS is REAL. Your muscles will file a formal complaint the next day. I’d definitely recommend scheduling a rest day before booking another class after this one 😂
