Amy was very friendly and among the 2 low reviews I read about rough handling, she checked in with me how I was feeling; in fact I quite enjoyed how she scrubbed my scalp (felt like it scratched an itch I never knew I had). Voir tous les avisI’m not so picky when it comes to wash & blow services as that’s usually pretty straightforward, but I was so happy with the service I got from this salon, and Susan (the hairstylist) + the girl who washed my hair (didn’t catch her name unfortunately). I just wanted a blow-in and had minimal expectations, but Susan’s technique (and speed as well) without feeling like I was rushed, made it one of the best blowouts I’ve ever had. My hair was wavy, bouncy, and just felt overall natural and fresh. If I didn’t do it via Classpass, their rates are also reasonable with a promo from M-TH, Rm48 for wash & blow. Not the fanciest of salons, aesthetically, but very decent, good service - highly recommended :)
