The combos were easy to memorize (mostly revolving around 1-2-3-4), but the sheer volume of punches made it a killer workout. Absolutely enjoyed this class and highly recommend it if you're looking for something more intense!

The instructor was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive, making sure everyone felt comfortable while pushing us to improve. Voir tous les avisI did a class with J today it was super good I’ve learnt a lot of techniques and he was really patient in teaching me, and though it’s my first time, I began to feel really confident at the end! It was a morning class at 7:30, I was the only student and there wasn’t anyone around, yet J didn’t close the class and held personal training with me which I really enjoyed! Will come back again!!
