Voir tous les avisSuch a pleasant experience at the SweatSpa. The place is not very hard to find, just take the escalator nearby Guardian, and the centre is on the right. The staff, Azlin, was very friendly and helpful. She helped me sign in and settle other formalities as it was my first time there. Before the session started, she’ll take your weight via the InBody machine. You’ll be given one room for your session. You’ll be able to change your outfit into the towel they provided as you will need to only be in the towel during the session. There’s a TV with limited films and music but you can hook up your phone to the Bluetooth in the hot cabin. However, it is not recommended to keep your phone in the cabin for too long as it will tend to get hot. If it’s your first time, they won’t turn the heat up too high, but if you want to, you can call them up to increase the heat. I settled on the initial temperature as I didn’t want to push myself too hard on the first try. They provide water too but I had my own bottle of cold water that I brought in the hot cabin. After the session, they’ll take your weight again and compare your results. I seem to have increase in weight as I drank a lot of water during the session, but other results (body fat/muscle mass/etc) improved. Overall, a really good experience! The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend and return!
