Parking was easy, they have a parking lot for the building and it was easy to find parking. When you walk into the studio, there’s no lobby; you walk straight into the studio itself. I borrowed a mat, most people brought their own. But overall, great class.

Voir tous les avisI couldn’t wait to write a review about this class and teacher. Such a great workout. I had so much fun doing the moves that I only realized how sore I got when I left the class. It’s so invigorating and empowering. The inversion at the end was icing on the cake. Cheryl gave excellent directions and guidance. For a first timer like me, I couldn’t wait to come back to this welcoming , supportive studio. The owner Cassandra is also super nice. Highly recommend.

I got emotional after class because I didn’t think I was going to be able to do a lot of the exercises, but I did. I’m very sore now, so it’ll be a little bit before I come back, but I’ll definitely take another class soon.
