Space is a little cramps though so you do have to watch out to not hit the ppl next to you. And the mats had a lot of pet hair stuck to them so beware if you’re allergic.

She gives pose variations and always reminds us that if a break is needed we can very much take it. I love how she consistently reminds us to focus on our breathing. Voir tous les avisI had THE BEST time with aerial yoga! I am a very beginner and my grip hands were definitely a bit sore since my grip strength is horrible but I was able to do everything. Sherry was great with individualized adjustments. I went with my bestie and we got to take a progress video at the end which made me feel very accomplished even though I’m still very new. I can’t wait to see how much better I’ll get!

The class is held in the spa yoga room not the fitness center. Make sure you give yourself enough time to find the spa because it is confusing. It’s valet only for your car. Spa can get you a locker. They have you wait in a relaxing space where the instructor comes to get you. Long sleeves and pants and hokas recommended. Lovely property.

Voir tous les avisLove Avalon, one of the best yoga instructors I’ve ever had. She truly loves what she does and you can tell, and she made it feel more like a practice and less like a class. I struggle to tap into mindfulness in my yoga classes usually but the way she phrased things and organized the movements and class got me right to the peaceful place mentally I was looking to find through yoga :) Front desk was super accommodating as well, I live so far from the studio but this place makes it worth !!
