Voir tous les avisThis was my first time taking Aurora’s Sculpt class while she was substituting, and she is an amazing instructor. I really liked the flow of her class and how she transitioned between working the left and right sides at a balanced pace. She gave enough time to feel the work and effort in each pose without staying on one side so long that discomfort or strain started to set in. I have lower back/pelvic and shoulder issues, so when one side is focused on for too long, I start to feel aches and strains that make it harder to fully perform the following exercises. Her pacing felt very thoughtful and manageable, which allowed me to stay engaged and get the most out of the workout. I would definitely take her class again.

Voir tous les avisI took the Beginner’s Unheated class with Imari and had such a wonderful experience. She is incredibly kind, intentional, and thorough in her instruction. As someone completely new to yoga, I really appreciated how clearly she explained each movement and created a safe, calm, and welcoming environment. Throughout the class, she shared thoughtful affirmations and gentle reminders to be present, listen to our bodies, and take the space for ourselves. It was not only physically relaxing but also mentally healing and grounding. The studio itself was very clean, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. They were very nice to show me around the studio as well. I also loved the cold towels and relaxing essential oils at the end of class :) I highly recommend this studio and can’t wait to come back! :)

It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.

The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.

His Hatha yoga style, combined with his teacher training in India, made the experience feel very traditional and grounded. He was incredibly attentive throughout the class, taking the time to observe each person and guide them based on their individual experience level. I appreciated how he built on where each student was, rather than teaching in a one-size-fits-all way. It created a more personal and meaningful practice.

She gave so many pointers and feedback on the correct form for many poses that I didn’t know I was doing wrong. We went through sun salutations and then some fun practice with inversions.
