Lauren is very friendly and warm as an instructor as well. Bummed classpass users only get to take 2 classes. It would also be helpful to add more instruction on check in process.

She’s great for the newbies because she explains all of the moves and some of the other instructors don’t go into that much detail. She’s really funny and the sweetest. I always get the best work out with her. Most importantly she makes me love working out. No small feat for sure! I try to take her class, whenever ClassPass keeps it affordable.

This is not your typical dance class with specific steps or counts to follow which I absolutely loved. Instead, Jessica instructed us to allow our bodies to speak to us and move in ways that felt intuitive. We each created our own dance as we tapped into our inner knowing and connected deeply with our bodies. It was truly a beautiful experience and I will definitely be back!

Although I couldn’t get some of the movements down, the instructor Steffi was very encouraging 🤗 I loved moving my body in a way I hadn’t before and it was also a nice intro class to see how the studio is ran and to see the pole set ups!
