He goes somewhat fast if you’re a beginner and has a different teaching style as a lot of hip-hop teachers will consistently say whether you’re starting with right or left side, etc. But he was very welcoming and willing to pause to answer questions about breaking steps down further.

It was so fun and I’m very happy with the amount of moves that were included for a beginner session. I also appreciate we were encouraged and given time to record the results, as I’d love to remember it and share it with others. Great vibes from the instructor as well!

She wrote down the most common ballet words on the mirror where everyone can see and translated them from French to English while presenting what it looks like. Nice pop classical music. We ended with stretches and strengthening before reverence. Felt so good and I was able to understand! Would 1000% recommend to non-dancers or anyone who wants to take a foundational ballet class!

This was my 4th class here and I will say as someone with zero dance experience, the K-pop dance classes are not for beginners. I’ll stick to the beginner classes but would love to one day be able to comfortably take the K-pop ones!

The instructor was great with cues and for such a large class was attentive to each individuals’ struggle points and was very helpful to show us the correction. Front Desk was super sweet. The class energy was great. I will definitely be coming back.

Voir tous les avisThis was my first Zumba class, and I had such a fun time! The music was great, the beats kept you moving, and the whole class had such an upbeat, positive vibe. Instructor Alma was incredible! She’s a fantastic dancer, brought great energy to the class, and made it easy to just smile, have fun, and keep moving. The full hour absolutely flew by! I also really appreciated the attached parking lot, which made getting there super easy, especially since I wasn’t familiar with the area. The only thing to be aware of is that the class was advertised as Zumba & Strength, but the class I attended ended up being a full 60 minutes of Zumba/dance with no strength portion. I enjoyed the dancing so much that I honestly didn’t mind at all, but it may be worth keeping in mind if you’re specifically looking for the strength component. Overall, such a fun experience and a great way to kick off the week. You really can’t beat starting your Monday with good music, dancing, and a workout that doesn’t even feel like an hour!
