Plus the face and shoulder massage was amazing! I left with my face looking absolutely glowing. Definitely worth a visit especially if you like natural skincare/ treatments. You definitely can hear everyone coming in and out as other reviews say, but it didn’t bother me much at all, I just turned on some meditation music and focused on that. It’s definitely a splurge, but one I would say is absolutely worth it. Seemed to be extremely helpful with relieving my migraine as well as sore and achey muscles.

Voir tous les avisOverall this space is great and I love the services they provide. I came in to use the sauna and red light therapy. I was happy to see the size or the sauna was 2-3 person, so it gives you just enough space to lay down, stretch, and do some lymphatic massage. They provide a massage gym which is so nice. I lived they they provided a shower, though that space is all black and a little hard to see in there. I do wish they would provide hair conditioner and a body balm or lotion for after the shower. Some basic skincare products were provided, like rash cleaners, toner, face oil and face moisturizer which was nice. If you have dry hair/skin I’d recommend bringing a conditioner/leave in conditioner and a body lotion to your visit. Next time I wanna do it all, sauna, facial, hair cut. Very cool space!

I did a cryofacial, celluma LED face therapy, and full body red light therapy. The cryofacial felt incredible, immediately after I felt less puffy. I have an active breakout and feel like the combo of treatments have had immediate effects as the inflammation is down already. Would recommend this place and hope to try other treatments.

Just a touch of quality care for their clients. I love this place so much. The sauna was a lot more hotter than the other one I did. Not to say Drip Box isn’t a great expereince, it IS! But that is a difference I saw. I do love that MEND has robes too. Definitely recommend trying the Infrared Sauna💯
