My negative remark, and I hope the studio enforces a policy, is having people walk in 25 minutes late into class. It is incredibly distracting and disrespectful to Ellie who’s trying to instruct and to all of us who made it there on time.

Despite a mix up that if you book the “group sauna” it does not actually include a group -It only covers the fee for one person (extra person pays $15 if 1st timer/$10 if returning client). However, receptionist was immensely polite about it & we smoothly worked out the issue upon arrival. Sauna and environment were superbly clean and calming. Plethora of complimentary essential oils and sauna lighting to choose from. They even provided multiple towels, body wet wipes, makeup remover wipes, & tasty sugar-free electrolyte packets!

It helps that I called ahead of time to have them raise the temperature of the cold plunge so I could get the maximum benefits, but it’s also worth noting that the female attendees were much more helpful and considerate of my current state (being impaired on crutches) than the male attendants were. If you’re like me and need extra time to shower after, I would recommend booking an hour for yourself. Will be back to book another session ASAP.

My only note is that the $5 add on for the shower feels a bit much, as I’ve engaged with similar businesses in New York where the shower is included, and it was a similar amount of credits.
