She was chatty and really makes her students feel welcome. The class itself flowed very well and was energy and breath focused, which was great. I will definitely be back.

Voir tous les avisI was brand new to yoga classes but I really enjoyed it! Róise was lovely and so was the class space. I loved that it was a small class as well, it felt nice and cosy. It was challenging, but in a good way, I feel so relaxed after it but still feel like I've done a good workout.
