Voir tous les avisThe class was called reset flow, so I thought it would be a very mellow and relaxing class, but that was not the case. So it was not what I was looking for but the teacher was great and a lot of hip strechting which I liked.

Voir tous les avisA really lovely yoga space. A friendly, helpful, really good yoga teacher. I loved the mix of spiritual/relaxing/holistic breathing/chanting towards the end of the class, and flexibility focussed/more challenging poses. The teacher was very good at showing different ways to do poses to adjust to people’s levels and experience. Would happily go back again, a really lovely atmosphere, and in a very central to public transport location too which is always a bonus :) Thanks so much!
