Good place for beginners and those looking for a studio that isn’t intimidating. They focus on numbers and less on choreography/speed but generally strike a good balance of both. The numbers shown in class are a good motivator to push harder!

Voir tous les avisOk I’ve been searching for a place in the area that has a genuinely positive experience. Newport/costa mesa/ Huntington can have some not so friendly people . Everyone here was incredibly nice - both the instructor and the patrons. It didn’t feel cliquey at all. The workout was hard and cardio heavy but I could pace myself. None of the moves were, but you definitely feel your muscles working. They set everything up for you too! It’s the first workout in a while that I actually feel good after. Hugely positive experience. I will back for sure! Thank you Nicole so much!

Lots of free weights and kettle bells to choose from. The only piece of equipment that I would’ve wanted was a ski erg. Not the cleanest gym, but clean enough for my taste.
