Voir tous les avisSpiritual focused class with chants and meditation. You’ll still break a sweat as you will do repetitive motions with chants for multiple rounds. Instructor offered food to the class at the end which was nice. Overall it was an experience and if you haven’t done kundalini yoga before make sure to look it up before you go.

Voir tous les avisI loved this class so much! Amber is a wonderful instructor with a very calming presence. I really enjoyed the flow and the challenge of practicing some difficult poses. The studio is quaint and has a cozy vibe. I’ll definitely be taking this class again!

Voir tous les avisEverything! Isabel is the Mon teacher and was subbing. She welcomed everyone and knows her Zumba. Unlike me! I am a beginner and she was not bothered by my modifications. I had fun even with my limitations. Other ladies in the class were good and focused on their own workout. The music was a mix and some ladies put in requests. Cumbia? Super fun music and group. Two people that checked me in for my FIRST Class Pass class were helpful and quick. Crunch is offering a raffle starting next week for all who bc attend Zumba (not sure about other classes). Join in!!
