I thought that was very thoughtful and going beyond what other instructors do. The workout itself was very challenging and a lot of new movements that I enjoyed. Will be taking more of her classes 😊

Also the mirrors on the ceiling are weird I’m not sure I want people staring at those parts of my body during the workout.

Voir tous les avisThe hardest Pilates class I’ve ever taken but it was sooo good!! Absolutely love the instructor she corrected form for everyone! Clear instructions. Also, ocean view!!! Only downside is parking, I’d recommend an extra ten mins for parking I went Friday 12pm so maybe that’s why. Love this class!!!!

I have been practicing Pilates for seven years but, due to a bone spur in my neck, can’t handle the more advanced classes anymore. They recommend you have taken 30-60 classes before doing a 1.5 level but I feel like 10-15 would’ve been enough.
