Class was challenging, but not over the top, the poses were hard with an option to level up or down….Only teeny bit of feedback would be that she wouldn’t give us a number or time or anything, she would say “on your last one, do this … ______” and that was a bit confusing to know exactly when to switch exercises…but all together the studios beautiful & Jess created a super fun, workout!! Will be back!

I have been practicing Pilates for seven years but, due to a bone spur in my neck, can’t handle the more advanced classes anymore. This class is a godsend—it’s slow and steady, makes your body shake, works my abs in the best way, and stretches me out without straining my neck. I just love it so much.

The lady next to me in pink, took a call in the middle of the class. It was only a few seconds but still disruptive to my flow. Then she had her alerts on loud so every few minutes her phone would ping her, also very disruptive to my flow.

They recommend you have taken 30-60 classes before doing a 1.5 level but I feel like 10-15 would’ve been enough.
