Voir tous les avisI enjoyed my experience but I will say the description is not totally accurate. It describes the extractions as being painless, but that was not the case for me. Perhaps the kind of acne can make this differ for people. I tend to get some spots that are already sore to the touch without trying to extract and I believe those were the ones that were painful. I don’t know what kind of tool was being used but I felt like I was being stabbed with needles. I have a high pain tolerance and there were still a few that made me wince. I don’t say this to deter anyone, it really was a nice experience, rather to give you an informed review so you can opt out of extractions if you think that won’t be good for you. As someone that has suffered from body acne for awhile, I’m excited to see if this has cleared things up at all for me after a few days. I also was concerned about the few reviews on here saying they shortened their appointment or also made them pay in addition to their classpass credits. That was not at all my experience and it seems like a wonderful business. I look forward to coming back in the future.

The staff as professional and my masseuse paid attention to the area I wanted focus on. She ensured the pressure was right, too. My only regret is leaving without catching my masseuses name! I get massages fairly often and I was extremely impressed with this place. I’ll definitely be back.

I never had a massage like that before and I have gotten a ton of massages- I have a monthly membership to hand and stone and have a favorite person there - but Patti still may be one of my favorite massages! If you are considering it and like firm pressure, she is so worth it and amazing!
