    Candlelit Yin Yoga

    Such a lovely yin class with great corrections and options, and the sound bath with bowls at the end - I could have happily done another hour of that! I do find it interesting that this studio doesn’t seem to do music, even gentle background music, but you kinda get used to it

    FRAME Reformer Pilates

    I really enjoyed this class with Brenton. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Music was at a decent volume and not too loud. And I think we worked on a lot of muscle groups. Happy with this class! Thank you.

    Backbend Flow

    Lulu is such a great teacher - great cues/ instructions and flow. Backbend flow was challenging but accessible/ lots of options even for more beginners
