The vibe was so chill… Usually restore or Yin yoga is too “slow” for me but this one is a perfect combination of stillness & movements & stretching. The trainer paid great attention to my movements that was really helpful and he played the piano so beautifully.. it was super relaxing and meditative. Would surely love to come again! Highly recommended!

Voir tous les avisDie Atmosphäre im Studio war sehr angenehm und entspannt. Für mich wurden bis jetzt noch in keinem Kurs die Übungen so gut erklärt wie hier, gerade für Anfänger, so dass man mit einem guten Gefühl & viel Spaß aus dem Kurs rausgeht.

Her lovely smile set a positive tone for the entire experience! I attended the Jivamukti practice led by Raphaela. Her voice during mantra chanting was incredibly soothing.
