Lanette is a great instructor and made sure to correct our form to make sure we get the most out of the workout. I'm signed up for next week's class already!

We were set up on our machines and given an idea of the experience beforehand. The studio is clean and in great working condition. Lockers for our personal items. Polite and courteous staff.
