Challenging, but the yoga instructor Chelsea was so encouraging and empowering I was able to power through the whole class with confidence- even though I couldn’t do some of the moves as a beginner, she was able to help accommodate me and I still left feeling like I got a great workout in. Can’t wait to practice more! The studio is so relaxing and an amazing location. 10/10
