Had a bit of unfortunate event here. The classpass has not been integrated in its system. On the bright side, the staff was attentive and allowed me to use a free trial session due to this issues. All things considered, the gym is decent, furnished with cutting-edge gym equipments.

When I arrive, they first want to charge me additional 100’000 IDR for the visit, I don’t think the staff is aware it’s possible to book through classpass. They are extensively collecting my data, trying to take photos of my id documents. The whole affair takes 10-15min. Gym is ok. Would be better if classpass had more gyms in the network, this is cheap & very busy gym. Now it’s not too busy at least as it’s Ramadan.
