Coach Alif was very attentive, making sure we were okay on every set while also pushing us to our limits. Really enjoyed the class! The gym facilities were okay. They have a water dispenser, lockers available by exchanging your ID card, plenty of shower rooms with hairdryers, and clean & proper toilets.

It was my first time doing kickboxing, and they actually taught me properly from scratch. They even have a nice changing room where you can shower, and they provide everything, including body wash. 10/10 highly recommend! Thanks a lot for the great service, had such a blast.

Selain dicontoh di awal, Coach Khara betul betul cek dan samperin satu satu, sehingga kita tau gerakan yg benar seperti apa. Dan bisa ada sesi tanya jawab juga jika ada yg mau ditanyakan after class. Someone with prior movement, dance, or pilates experience would have an easier time to learn the coordination - and if you enjoy dancing, you would really find the movements graceful and fun. The coach gave clear instructions and taught you in detail about body alignment, and I found them helpful to make sense of the new moves. The location was easy to find too.
