Voir tous les avisMaster Chandan’s class was very challenging in a good way! His cueing was super fast-paced, but the flow was still really enjoyable. His hands on adjustments also helped a lot with my alignment. It felt much more traditional and disciplined compared to the studio yoga classes I’m usually used to, which honestly made the whole experience feel really humbling. Probably not beginner-friendly, but overall such a refreshing experience. Would definitely come back for more classes!
