AntiGravity® Strength & Stretch – Aerial Condition
Voir tous les avisSuch an energizing workout. This class has a great balance of deep stretches and core strengthening workouts. Quekan is friendly, kind and clear in her instructions. She offers adjustments if an inversion may be too intense, so it’s adaptive for various levels. I highly recommend this studio as it’s spacious, clean and has a variety of different classes.
