You can show her any simple design and she will basically replicate it. She was very flexible and kept asking me for feedback and suggestions so I could get exactly what I envisioned which was a little complicated. Also used very nice Japanese gel so I was there for 2.5hrs and she was very patient with me the whole time. Would note that it’s just one room in a hotel building so it was a little hard to find. I originally only planned for a regular mani but upon learning that they did hard gel extensions, had to give that a try since I’ve never been to a NY salon that had offered it before. Tasy did an incredible job building the most beautiful and perfect hard gel extension. She really took her time giving me the perfect Russian e-file mani and shaping the extensions beautifully and meticulously, cutting each nail form to fit my nail shape. I’m really impressed with her technique and attention to detail. For the nail art, I said they could do anything they wanted and Leila stepped in to do the art. I loved the color scheme and shapes she went with but felt it was slightly rushed. I noticed after coming home that the gel used to affix the stones is a different gel than the rest of the polishes, which dried down with a cloudy look unlike the clear and glassy finish the rest of my nails had. A very minor detail though that I don’t mind too much. Overall I’d love to come back and try having Tasy do my nails as she really took her time to do the perfect job! Next time I’ll come in with a specific design I’d like to have her do :)
