If you’re someone who thinks yoga is “too slow” this is the perfect class for you. The music is also great and really adds to the high-energy of the class. Voir tous les avisOh. My. Goodness. This was my first time taking this class but it will DEF not be the last. I read reviews that said Lindsey paces her classes well and that’s a perfect explanation. I was challenged (and dripping sweat) the entire way through, but not gassing out/bored at any point. I can’t wait to take this again and make it a regular part of my schedule!! Thanks!

A lot of comments have already focused on how good the class is, so I would like to support my argument by pointing out that this is a very beautiful studio space. The floor is always clean, air always fresh, and wipes always wet.

Voir tous les avisThe woman who did my pedicure was very careless about whether or not she might hurt me with the clippers and aggressively moved my legs everytime she needed to change position instead of just tapping them like most people do. Also the paint on one of my feet is already chipping off because she didn’t cleanly paint them.

I’ve taken all forms of reformer classes in New York City and I like this format. Everyone had mirror space and the music system was great and I loved the playlist. The instructor taught a well thought out class that gave me an awesome Byrne. Feeling it today and I love it.

Voir tous les avisI’ve been wanting to find an exercise class that is both intense, fun and a warm environment. Meliza has such a lovely radiant light and encourages her students to be the best. I am so excited to return to next week’s class. She’s amazing and I feel like I really worked my body out which isn’t always the case with some exercise classes I take. It was nice to feel challenged again. I highly recommend her class.
