Inspire needs to look at their policies regarding towels and mats though, it’s embarrassing to gatekeep a towel. The intensity of the class is a bit lower than the booty and abs class but it is the perfect combination of intensity, pace and stretching. Definitely take this class with Anastasia . I love all the trainers but the classes with Anastasia are just perfect and makes you feel so energized without overwhelming you.
