I have never met a very chill, cool, calm and collected instructor like Shak. He explains his plans for the class very well. His moves and cues are perfectly timed and easy to follow. His music choice is different than the usual heavily EDM music you would get from most spin classes. Highly recommended if this is your kinda vibe 👍🏻

A spin class with pop music!!! It’s been a while and I would pick this just for the playlist. The instructor was nice enough to cater to some song suggestions from class. Better suited for beginners than most other fly beginners I’ve attended recently, although I think cues could be clearer for those who are unfamiliar.
