Voir tous les avisThis class was amazing. I try to exercise but am not a weight lifter by any means. That said, I was able to make it through this class, have fun, and feel like I worked really hard. The instructor was great with cueing, reminding us about form, and providing modifications. The music selection was great, helped me keep pace, and motivated me throughout. I already signed up for the next class!

Voir tous les avisWas a great class - I was never a dancer and super new to this sort of thing. It got kind of discouraging, because I felt like I just couldn’t get it right while others in the class could. BUT the instructor did a great job and I think I would have been a bit more comfortable if the class had more than 3 other people, but that’s not anyone’s fault.
