Voir tous les avisI love Chandra‘s functional movement class. It’s all the stuff they don’t teach you in school for in sports. Even my Personal Trainer didn’t understand how to adjust a workout to hypermobility. My only complaint is sometimes there’s too many people in the class and you don’t get enough attention. She needs more class times with fewer students.
