Deinney’s classes are creative, challenging and built solidly on classical reformer Pilates. She is meticulous about form and her level 2 classes really are a level above.

    Flow Yoga (Warm | 26C)

Great teacher with really fun energy. There were some sound system issues but she handled them well. I’ll definitely come back! Nice facilities and cool salt brick walls in the studio. But be advised there is no separate changing room area for women or men - just individual cubicle showers that open to the waiting area. Towels are £1 extra.

Absolutely amazing and one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever done. Also really needed it just at that time.

    Warm Yoga Flow

The teacher of this class seemed to be doing a trial/interview session and was being observed during the class. I'm afraid I can't remember her name but she was great! It was a really lovely flow with a good level of challenge. Hands on adjustments and opportunities to take more dynamic or restorative options were offered throughout and it didn't feel at all rushed (as 45 minute classes sometimes do). The yoga studio itself was also nice.

    Open Gym

Nice and quiet during my 11am-1pm timeslot on Saturday, a good amount of equipment though seemingly a lack of any tricep machines - caveat was there are plenty of cable machine to substitute! Would recommend, particularly for the value :)

Absolutely loved it! Didn’t know what to expect but everyone was unbelievably welcoming and friendly. I was a first-timer and a girl, not really been lifting weights much so definitely felt nervous at first, but Fabio was super helpful and showed me what weights to use etc. the class itself was challenging but doable and Fabio helped a lot with correct form to get the most out of the exercises.

    Gassed

Chucky had great energy and the class was fun. As a first timer at this gym though I was not given any info about a) where the class was (it's not obvious) or b) where the bathrooms/lockers were. So this would be pretty intimidating as someone new to gyms and there wasn't much intro to the class either. Advice to new people would be to emphasise that it's your first time to the reception desk and the trainer. The class itself was quite high intensity, it's hard to know what sort of weights to get as you're using the same couple of sets of weights for 10ish different exercises.

Really enjoyed yoga with Jack. He was hands on and encouraging. The class was full but he made the effort to go around the room. He gave alternative movements that were easier or more challenging which was appreciated. Studio was very clean and smelt fresh
