She found every knot I mentioned, plus several I had not even noticed, and worked through all of them thoroughly. I felt significantly better immediately afterwards. Very professional, highly effective, and one of the best sports massages I have had. Easily 5 stars and highly recommended.

The therapist used the perfect amount of pressure throughout and really focused on the problem areas I mentioned at the start of the session. My shoulders and muscles had been extremely tense from stress, and by the end I felt noticeably more relaxed and relieved. I left feeling much better both physically and mentally. Highly recommend.
