Was greeted by lovely receptionists, who kindly told me where everything was and how to get what I needed for my class e.g free refillable water bottle, towels etc.. The studio has everything you need, showers, bathroom, changing room, lockers and nice large mirrors with products you may need!! Sophie was almost amazing, she is super friendly, approachable and clear in explaining instructions. She offers modifications and progression for every movement which is the great. I love the disco vibe and appreciate the faster pace for some movements! Highly recommend and will be returning 😊

Donell is really welcoming and friendly and also makes sure to correct your form and advise on what’s best for you. It can be intimidating to go to a new place but even the lovely ladies attending this class were really fun and kind and made me feel very comfortable. Had a great experience and definitely coming back.

She gives clear instructions and offers adjustments throughout. She explained how to use all the equipment to me before the class. The atmosphere is always friendly, positive, and motivating. She pays a lot of attention ti breathing. I’ve been going to Mansir for a few months now and I feel healthier, stronger and have better balance. She is always very devoted and you can feel her passion for the real pilates.
