Nothing to do with this specific class but I don't understand why 1R is now encouraging members to create reels. I really don't want phones to be used in classes or even worse, in the changing rooms. Exercise is one of the few occasions we can actually disconnect and not be distracted by phones and I used to love that about 1R classes that phone use was banned. Please go back to that!

Voir tous les avisFirst time at Rumble and was a great experience, Dee was a great trainer, corrected our forms and really focused on getting the techniques right, which isn’t always the case with other boxing classes I’ve been to elsewhere where classes are a lot bigger. It was also my first time using pads and Dee gave super clear instructions and made sure I was ready and comfortable. Would come back :)

Voir tous les avisSuch a great class, Bradley never disappoints. I’m glad thaf pull-up is part of the clasa often, as it’s something that I genuinely hate, so I wouldn’t practice it on my own. I love that we use so many types of equipment: barbell, dumbbell, resistance band, body weight, kettlebell… and there’s always 1-2 exercises which I never saw before, such a fun class!
