Voir tous les avisIt was challenging but in a good way. The sequence was a bit repetitive but I understand it was meant to start the flow slowly and then make it faster and faster. Just maybe not for everyone if they don’t like doing the same sequence 4-5 times. Someone was also coughing a lot in the class with tissues and tea. I really hope they weren’t sick 🙃😅 honestly people, stop going into public and getting others sick when you are unwell. Watch a damn youtube video please.

Voir tous les avisIt was a killer workout the instructor was good I am shaking my muscles were burning so much (in a good way). Helps a lot to sit near someone who is more advanced because then you can watch to see what they're doing because sometimes the moves can be a tad confusing if you've never been before. The front desk staff was honestly pretty unfriendly and unwelcoming which is okay just can be hard to go to a new studio and try something new and not get a friendly welcoming. It was early and it might have just been an off day but it just turned me off the studio a bit and more towards the other locations.
