Voir tous les avisThe space was small, clean, comfortable. Jocelyn listened to my needs, and adjusted the practice to incorporate more stretches. As an instructor, she herself practiced mindfulness and led us into a mindful practice, incorporating mobility and also calming of our nervous system in just one class! I walked in feeling sore and ended it feeling more relaxed and loving yoga a bit more! That to me is a successful class :)
