Voir tous les avisWow khleo is a born instructor. I really appreciate her enthusiasm and her way of explaining things before and even during each song. There are instances when she would say “this song is to train your rhythm” or “this song combines climb element, speed element etc.” which is great! It helps riders to mindfully be aware of what’s to come next. I also find it helpful when she subtly corrects riders while she’s instructing on the podium on how to perfect their forms. It’s not a foundation class yet she takes a second to help riders learn. Highly recommend if you are new to pwrhouse!

Voir tous les avisIt’s my first time joining F45. I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable it was. Typically, my daily workouts can become a bit monotonous, so I didn't expect to have such a positive experience. I was moved that the 2 male and 1 female trainer, were incredibly kind and respectful, allowing me to move at my own pace within that 60 min. Despite being representatives of a major brand, they didn’t push me too hard, which really demonstrated their expertise in circuit coaching. The crowd was lovely, they are enthusiastic and might be a bit of a handful and I can understand why, because they are excited for the workout. I am not sure how the F45 trainers do 4-5 circuit classes in a day, it requires a lot of hard work and immense patience.
