I really appreciate how he asks about my concerns or problem areas first and focuses specifically on those instead of just giving a general full-body massage. He’s also very careful and gentle when working on tight or sensitive muscles, which made me feel comfortable throughout the session. After the massage, I felt a great sense of release and my body felt much lighter and more relaxed. You can tell he genuinely wants to help with recovery rather than just rushing through the treatment. I’ll definitely come back again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a proper sports recovery massage.

The infrared sauna is the best time for you to wind down. There’s a TV in the room, for you to watch or listen to music as you heat in the sauna, towel and water are also provided and you can air dry yourself afterwards if you choose not to shower. Facilities are top notch and super great service by the physios. Recommended.
