Voir tous les avisMy first time trying out the gyrokinesis method and I really enjoyed the small class, very welcoming environment and Chloe was able to give equal attention to all her students. She provided me with proper guidance and offered modifications when I had limited range of motion in my tight hips and corrected my bad posture due to my scoliosis. I really enjoyed the flow of the class. The flowing movement of the exercises almost felt like a dance and it was helpful in alleviating the pain in my upper back and my lower back.
