Came for a mild backache and tight ITB sports massage consultation. I’m extremely pleased by the service provided by Leena. She did a really good treatment from the start till the end ensuring that the problem areas were targeted and treated well. She listened to my concerns clearly and also explained the progression of pain over time if untreated or not managed well. She also helped to relieve some upper limb tensed muscles. I’m feeling much better since I walked out of the treatment and also had a very good sleep thereafter. So it was uncomfortable when I was told to lie down on my sides so that the masseur could massage my back. Massage was also not balanced, one side was done more than the other side. Probably because she did too long on one side and then when it was time to do the other side she realised whoops time is running out. It was a bit of a stressful experience.
