What I admire most is how she uses minimal props and classic moves (nothing fancy), yet still manages to make the whole class spicy AF. Hence I had my first-ever PT session with Jean, and she was such a detailed and patient instructor. 🫶🏻 I was a little anxious about suddenly getting all the attention in what was supposed to be a group class, but she never once made me feel like she was “cincai” because I was the only student. Instead, she kept correcting my posture and adjusting every little movement to make sure I was doing them right. The class intensity was just right, but the love and attention?
