Voir tous les avisTheir room heater wasn’t working it was cold when I walked in. I was afraid it won’t be a great class. The instructor informed us about the heater problem and she squeezed fun cardios in between workouts. I started getting warm and sweating. The cold room didn’t even matter. It turned out to be the one of the best classes I had. Fun playlist and lots of brain/physical challenging combo movements. Loved it!
