Voir tous les avisHow do you sculpt class in particular is very challenging and I’m speaking as an athlete. I appreciate it. You incorporation of weights and the different positions to challenge smaller muscles. That typically wouldn’t get used in a regular workout. The heat was perfect. I did have to take a few breaks, but I got a solid sweat which was helpful for detoxing. Definitely taking this class again. Also really appreciate the cleaning between classes so that everything is sanitary..

Voir tous les avisSummer was lovely and so welcoming and the studio is awesome. The class in general was pretty different than what I was expecting as someone who has done a lot of hot yoga. Pretty intense and loud music so be prepared if your looking for more of a zen class this might not be the best but if you’re looking to sweat and get your HR up listening to techno definitely check it out this class was definitely a vibe!!

Having taken numerous Pilates classes across Orange County, I can confidently say that Rich stands out among the best. His insightful critiques have transformed the way I approach poses that I’ve been practicing for years. I highly recommend both his classes and this studio, and I look forward to returning regularly.
