Sheneider took the time to ask me about my previous experience and goals and share a bit more about SoFit’s philosophy - I felt like he was genuinely interested in what I had to say, which is really welcoming as someone who is new to the strength training space. He introduced me to Kelcey, who led me through my workout. Not only was she knowledgeable about fitness, Kelcey was motivational, supportive, kind, and engaging. I’m excited to work with her again! We did a quick and simple HIIT workout - jump squats, burpees, t pushups, and high knees. I have not worked out regularly in years, so this was a push for me. But Kelcey was nothing but encouraging! Anyone can teach you how to workout, but the philosophy driving the team at SoFit makes a difference and shines through. Highly recommend. Looking forward to going back!
