Voir tous les avisI absolutely love this gym, this class, and these instructors! It’s my second time taking the class and it’s a GREAT workout. also, I love the instructor! It’s a small gym so they only ever have 6 or 7 people taking a class at a time (the two times I’ve been). All women. Everyone’s really nice and the instructors push you a healthy amount and are really good at paying attention to your form, correcting it if needed, and pushing you to the finish line. They are awesome with suggesting modifications, too, and encourage you to do what you’re comfortable doing. Will definitely keep going back!
