The instructor was absolutely amazing – knowledgeable, encouraging, and made sure everyone felt comfortable, regardless of their skill level. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I left feeling both rejuvenated and grounded. Highly recommend this class for anyone looking to deepen their practice or just enjoy some mindful movement!
