Voir tous les avisVery good class - I like the 30 minute timeframe it's just enough for you to break a sweat but not too long. It was definitely challenging and you really feel the burn in your legs and glutes! The vibration plate is interesting. If you stand on it with just a soft bend in your knees it's a little easier on you. Love the concept and the instructor was great. I would definitely take this class again

The owner tells you what exercise to do leaves for a couple mins then comes back to walk you through the next work out. So you’re somewhat in your own and somewhat with the coach. The class is goes by very quickly since it’s about 30mins long.

Voir tous les avisGreat intro class! I felt bad as when I checked in the owner frustratedly stated they do not accept class pass, and in the same breath said he would let me join for today only. I was very grateful and then realized I had overlooked other reviews indicating as much. Would recommend this gym & intro BJJ class for sure. It was one of the most impactful workouts I have had in a while. I often practice yoga & inversions, skate, and walk/run though I was utterly not prepared for this style of fitness. HiiT combat would best describe it. Will return, though not via class pass. Hopefully CP can get it together and stop taking advantage of this small business!
